The Value of Leadership
Leader- A person who takes other to higher ground
Leaders cause things to happen and motivate others!
Good to Great
1. Good is the enemy to great
2. Get the right people on the bus
3. Possess these 3 characteristics
-Great Product
-Believe you're the best
-Passion for your product
"We were not sent to this earth to be a mediocre player"
Hiring Ethical People
*Create small teams
*What is moral? It's generally being nice. Caring about each other
*Create an atmosphere where people want to stay
The goal of business is to weld customers to you. The best way to do this is to treat them the way you want to be treated.
Trust
1. Trust others and they will trust you
2. Be a baker-trustworthy people are bakers
3. Default to yes-when you meet people think, "How can I help this person?"

Ask a question and hear the answer
Customer satisfaction will judge the success of a business.
Celebrate new ideas
Try new things
Keep learning every day!
The people who keep learning are vibrant!
